Frequently Asked Questions

At this time, ADRP's 2022 International Conference is planning to be an in-person event. We want you to know that your safety, and the safety of all attendees, remains our top priority. It may become necessary at some point for the format to change (online/virtual). We appreciate your understanding and willingness to be flexible while we work within the limitations set by our obligations and the current pandemic. Thank you again for your support and thank you for your patience during this complex process.

Additional FAQ's will be added to this page as we get closer to the conference. If you have any additional questions that were not answered below, please feel free to reach out to the ADRP office at [email protected] or at (206) 209-5298.

Q: Do I need to be a member of ADRP to attend the conference?

A: ADRP membership is not required. This event is open to all!

Q: Will any virtual options be offered for the conference this year?

A. No virtual participation options, or session recordings, are being offered. We hope to see you in-person!

Q: What health and safety protocols will be in place for the conference?

A: We know that COVID-19 is still a concern, so we encourage individuals to make the best decision to support their personal well-being and to respect the comfort level of those around you. We will be providing hand sanitizer for your convenience, as well as a "Comfort Level" coded dot to wear on your name badge.

ADRP will adhere to recommendations set forth by the CDC, as well as state/local/venue requirements, whichever is more strict, at the time of the event. ADRP reserves the right to make safety-related changes as we get closer to the event.

Q: Will there be any live or taped streaming of the conference for people who are unable to attend?

A: We have learned a lot from the past two years of hosting a virtual conference. To benefit from the accessibility and affordability of virtual content, ADRP's Education Committee will be augmenting offerings for members to benefit, separate from the conference programming. Learning from our membership survey, we learned that ADRP members really do value in-person networking and connection, and so we are putting our best effort to make the Albuquerque experience a memorable and valuable investment. We considered a hybrid option but decided that the best attendee experience is one where a person feels fully able to hear, be heard, connect, and participate which is best accomplished with content produced specifically for the medium of interaction. We look forward to keeping our virtual audience engaged with new offerings and are excited to bring back in-person connections as well.

Q: Does ADRP have a Code of Conduct?

A. Yes. Please review ADRP's Code of Conduct prior to attending the event. Failing to adhere to ADRP’s Code of Conduct will result in you being asked to leave the session and the rest of the conference.

Q: What meals are included in registration?

A. Continental breakfast and Lunch and Light Appetizers at Two Receptions

Q: Do I need to attend the sessions I signed up for during registration?

A. Session selections made during the pre-registration process were for room assignment planning purposes only. You may attend any session you wish on site. Once the Conference App is launched, you will be able to create your own individual schedule.

Q: What is the dress code for the event?

A. Business Casual. If you tend to get cold, you may want to bring a jacket or a sweater as the rooms in the conference hotels tend to be cold.
